Sales in the Pro Optix Customer Portal will only be made to registered customers subject to credit review, with payment required 30 days from the invoice date. In the case of unapproved credit examination, advance payment is required in accordance with the agreement. Special agreements on payment and credit assessment are agreed separately.



Prices are quoted in the respective article. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and shipping. Shipping is invoiced according to the respective customers’ standard price list, as well as by agreement for special deliveries. Pro Optix reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, technical information, promotion and availability.


Delivery and Payment

Delivery is made daily from the Pro Optix warehouse based in Nacka, Stockholm, Sweden. Upon delivery and receipt of the product(s), the customer bears all risk and responsibility. All products remain property of Pro Optix until the amount due for payment under the agreement is fully paid, including any interest and collection costs.


Delay Interest and Reminder Fee

Late interest is charged by 10%. Reminder fee is charged with SEK 60.


Product Specifications

Product specifications, weight and dimension data and features may change without prior notice and should not be considered binding. These attributes should be seen as informative and descriptive. In cases where information has been agreed, this will be stated in a separate tender.


RMA, Returns and Warranty

For the handling of returns, customers should notify Pro Optix via the RMA form within a reasonable amount of time after the discovery of the error. Pro Optix reserve the right to correct errors before exchange. For all orders, no return will be granted unless agreed.

Warranty is valid in accordance to the product specification and covers cases where the product does not correspond to specifications or where errors can be attributed to direct manufacturing errors. Pro Optix is not responsible for handling errors or damage that may arise due to defects in the delivered product.


Fource Majeure

Pro Optix is not liable for loss, damage or delay caused by legal tender, war events, strikes, lockout, blockade, interference in telecommunications and data communications, weather conditions, or any other circumstances that could not reasonably be expected to have been included in the calculation, and which could not have been avoided or overcome.
